Holley carb date codes

It could be 1979, the four digit date code started in the seventies. Usually all the seventies carbs have slotted bowl screws, not the hex that's seen on later Holley's. It is a service carb for the 67 Corvette but correct in every way. I would not worry about it and just use it for yourself.
